Kongming Liang is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the China Society of Image and Graphics, a member of the Intelligent Services Professional Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and a director of the Beijing Internet of Things Society. He has been selected as a young talent in the National High-level Personnel and a member of the Beijing Nova Program. His research interests include visual concept understanding, optimization and evaluation of visual-language large models, and medical image analysis. He has published over 50 papers in international conferences and journals, including 25 in CCF-A category and top-tier publications in the field. He has won the championship in the 2022 MICCAI ISLES International Competition, the Best Paper Award at the 2023 IEEE IC-NIDC International Conference, the Outstanding Paper Award at the 2023 China Conference on Intelligent Technology and Big Data, the First Prize of the Technical Invention Award from the China Society of Image and Graphics in 2023, the Second Prize of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Scientific and Technological Progress Award in 2024, and the Beijing Outstanding Youth Science and Technology Paper Award in 2024.

梁孔明，北京邮电大学副教授，博士生导师，中国图象图形学学会副秘书长、中国人工智能学会智能服务专业委员会委员，北京物联网学会理事，入选国家级青年人才计划和北京市科技新星计划。研究方向为视觉概念理解、视觉语言大模型优化及评测、医学影像分析。发表国际会议期刊论文50余篇，其中CCF-A类及领域顶级论文25篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年科学基金项目，作为子课题负责人参与新一代人工智能国家科技重大专项，参与国家自然科学基金联合基金重点支持项目等。获得2022年度MICCAI ISLES国际竞赛冠军、2023年度IEEE IC-NIDC国际会议最佳论文、2023年度中国智能技术与大数据会议优秀论文、2023年度中国图象图形学学会技术发明奖一等奖、2024年度吴文俊人工智能科技进步奖二等奖、2024年度北京青年优秀科技论文。
